Long COVID-19, also called Post-Acute Sequelae of COVID-19 (PASC), has affected millions across the world. As variants change though how does the potential for and symptoms of Long COVID-19 change? A new study out explored Pre-Delta variants versus Delta versus Omicron and what symptoms were most common at 3 months after infection.
Post-COVID Conditions, as labelled by the CDC, has been estimated to affect as much as 50% of those infected with COVID-19. This number may be higher with those who had severe COVID-19 infection, but is still a risk even more the most mild cases.
